Training includes 6 weeks of professional leadership consults with a senior Saisir Strategist (1 hour per week live online session and 24 hour support for course duration, with online course engagement, requiring 1.5 hours per week commitment on average resulting in a SAISIR Certificate of Attainment. 5 levels of Leadership Training, adjusted to your business specific needs, are: Rookie - first steps needed to climb the ladder of leadership involve new throught processes to be developed and an awakening of understanding self before beginning to direct and support others in a crew. All Star - Duty Manager status is as much a matter of mindset as skillset. Elite - Section Head needs the finger to be on the pulse to encourage teams to not only function succinctly, but to also collaborate innovatively.
